If one were to believe the extreme right wing rhetoric floating about the internet right now, the world as we know it is coming to an end. All hell is broken loose and pigs are flying. It’s like reading the story of Chicken Little as he ran about crying “the sky is falling, the sky is falling.” But here’s the reality of the situation. We’ve replaced an extremist, non-politically connected President with a man who believes and shares in the globalist philosophy of the current day. Whether the right really wants to believe it or not, this return to the “normal” of the world was inevitable. This is still not the end of the world.
Luke 21: 9 “But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.”
What would happen if the political atmosphere of our country reverts to a more cooperative climate? Before we consider the answer to this question, let’s first look at what has happened during the last four years. In 2016, the globalist agenda was turned on its head by an outsider getting himself elected into the office of the President of the United States. It signaled the end of the Clinton/Obama dynasty of liberal domination in politics. What we got then, was an extreme opposite form of government. Instead of cooperative liberalism, we got antagonistic conservatism. The pendulum swung to the extreme right. It truly was the period of anti-Semitic, Neo-Nazis. Where Communism and Socialism occupy the extreme left of the political spectrum, the Nazi’s occupied the extreme right of the political spectrum. We really were witnessing a resurgence of conservative attitudes similar to the prewar period of the 1930’s in Germany. We should actually thank God that this period was short lived without a world war following.
If we did want to say that we are fighting a war, it is not political, but a world wide health crisis against Covid-19. No matter how the virus was released, the end result still toppled the current administration just as World War II changed the entire balance of power for the world then. At that time, Britain lost its world wide preeminence to the United States. Germany lost its industrial preeminence also to the United States. Israel rose from the ashes with the help and support of both the United Nations and Russia, (U.S.S.R.) The world of 1949 was radically different from the world of 1939. What is the one common theme to all of the changes of post war world politics? Moderation replaced extremism. Perhaps the same kind of change will be witnessed today. Only time will tell.
The annals of British history has a similar period of Conservative, religious domination in government as well. Believe it or not, the results were similar. It was during the time of Oliver Cromwell and the Puritan domination in government that praying, Christian legislators became the dominant force in British government. They did in the mid 17th Century what Trump did in 2016. They toppled the Crown of Charles I and established a British Republican Commonwealth. However, they also found out a singular truth that was also shared by the Trump Administration. Well meaning, praying, Christian legislators do not guarantee that you have good administrators. Cromwell’s government was a failure and the Trump administration will probably be remembered in a similar manner in our history books. Will the economic prosperity of the first three years of Trump’s term be remembered? Maybe, maybe not. The political forces of hatred against Donald Trump may actually attempt to erase any memory of good from this period of time to make his four years of office the worst in all of American history.
If we say we care about the truth, then we have an obligation to preserve the truth. Both the good and the bad. Can we learn from President Trump’s mistakes? I certainly believe so. But we also need to learn from his successes. This may be the one thing that Joe Biden can capitalize upon. President Trump succeeded in revitalizing a truly stagnant economy. He did so against the wishes and assistance of the entire Democratic Party and even against many within his own party. These are lessons that the Biden/Harris administration could really benefit by understanding. Their understanding of what President Trump did right will only help the country in the long run.
Does it mean the end of the globalist agenda? It would be nice to say that it would, but it would also be both wishful thinking and foolish. The globalist agenda was only dealt a setback, a year, a few years, maybe a decade. But it will resurface later and with a vengeance. This is the conservative Christian’s window of opportunity to regain cultural leadership in the world around them. It may be a small window, but with God’s help, that is all we need.
What do I mean by “this is all we need?” Time to regain leadership roles in our society. As Radical Christians walking in faith by the spirit and power of God become leaders in business and government, we will also return a level of respect and honor back to God in our culture. This will only be possible when we prove God’s love, power and goodness in our lives. This is the only thing that unbelievers can understand. To see something in our lives that is undeniably powerful and of God that they cannot do and want for their lives. We have to be fearless about our reliance on Jesus Christ, our faith in the Holy Spirit, and our trust in God Almighty. This is what “Rules for Radical Christians: A Practical Primer for Defeating Radical Liberals at Their Own Game” is all about. It was written from the perspective that every Christian child of God is filled with the Holy Spirit when they become born again. Then this child is called to learn how to walk in faith with their Heavenly Father from that point forward in life.
Unfortunately, there is no Christian church that knows how to teach the “walk of faith.” We’ve been caught in a carnal loop of religious Christianity since the end of the first century and the spiritual walk and spiritual preeminence has been a hit and miss walk of emotion, doctrine, intelligence, character and chance. What we don’t understand is that these five issues are not spiritual in any way, but carnal, meaning they are all of the flesh and have no basis in the spirit of God. Walking in faith requires total faith in the Holy Spirit, but the average Christian only knows how to build their faith in their church, doctrine, and pastor, not in God’s written Word, God’s spiritual revelation Word, and in the Word of Jesus Christ coming directly by the Holy Spirit. These are things we can only learn by the help of Jesus Christ Himself in our lives. This is why I called the book a practical primer. It only outlines the beginning steps for building your own personal walk of faith with God.
It doesn’t matter what Christian doctrine you subscribe to. The walk of faith with God is a separate and distinct walk. It doesn’t matter which church you attend. Your relationship with your church leadership is a matter of the flesh and distinctly different. This is the distinction that the church has confused. The flesh is flesh. All aspects of the flesh include our consciousness, our thoughts, desires, emotions, character, feelings, logic, intelligence, etc. These are all aspects of the flesh and are not part of the Holy Spirit. The only thing that the Holy Spirit does is speak the truth. It uses every clue of the flesh we know including the five senses and our thoughts. The fact that God is invisible, the Holy Spirit is invisible, and that Jesus Christ is generally invisible now as well, is why we have to learn how God works with us individually. The book shows a clear and proven method of learning how God does this in our personal life. It’s called a primer because walking with God is a lifelong process that ends with the return of Jesus Christ or death.
Why is this book important for your life? It brings you to the point of being able to discern strong spiritual meat from God instead of living your life entirely by the milk of doctrine.
Hebrews 5: 14 “But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”
This is where God wants all of His children to live. In an attitude of full faith and confidence in Him. If you want to enter heaven and the presence of God, isn’t this the mindset you want to develop in your life? As you experience God working miracles and wonders in your life, don’t you think that others around you will also notice? Do you think that they will also want the same kind of experience in their lives as well? This is how we can bring God back to our culture and keep Him firmly in our own lives as well. This is how we can learn how to please God by living in faith with Him. The sky is not falling, it is God meeting us in our lives instead. All we need to do not is watch His hand of deliverance work its mighty power.
