Cultural Spin Doctors

Why do you believe the things you believe are true? Is it because of your experience? Is it because of your education? Maybe it’s because of the things you see on TV? But no matter what you believe, have you noticed that there are other people that believe something exactly the opposite of your own beliefs? Not only that, but there are even more that hold opinions that differ slightly from your own? How do you know that the things you hold to be true, but disagreed upon by others, is really the truth? How can you reconcile the differences?

It would be foolish to believe that everyone could be false and only your own opinions are really the correct opinions. There is always the possibility that we hold some things to be true that are really scientifically, morally, or Biblically false.

It would be foolish to believe that everyone could be false and only your own opinions are really the correct opinions. There is always the possibility that we hold some things to be true that are really scientifically, morally, or Biblically false. Then, if we add church doctrine into the mix, there is total confusion and division between brothers and sisters in Christ. The people that teach those doctrines truly believe that they are defending the truth! The real question is not whether or not they are teaching the truth, but what do you personally believe is true and why do you believe it is true?

What you believe is a simple determination. Everyone can generally state what they believe. They can easily state whether they are Christian or non-Christian, Religious or Atheist, Scientific or Spiritual, Logical or Emotional. Why we believe is “a horse of a different color.” This is the deep and personal level of questioning that most of us try to avoid altogether because it is so contentious. This is the first spiritual battlefield we all have to consider and truly explore if we really want to learn how to build our relationship with God Almighty. This battlefield begins with understanding how we are motivated and what we personally hold as our “Standard of Truth.”

If you are primarily motivated by emotion, then you are your own standard of “truth” and decisions and opinions can be different from situation to situation. The only common point that really can be agreed upon is the need for love.

If you are primarily motivated by logic, then you must adopt some standard of belief outside of the self. (If you explore the inner self, it still requires direction from a teacher.) Who you believe is anyone besides your own self, what you believe is then determined by the logic of the teaching. It must make sense, it must be logical, it must show some sort of order. It must deliver what it promises. There are two paths to follow. The spiritual realm or the scientific realm. Science is grounded in logic and reason. It can be tested and retested to produce consistent results. This is why science is so easy to adopt as a belief system. It is fully centered upon the logic and reason of the five senses.

But science has no right or wrong moral principles. Only tested and proven facts. What was done according to use determined the value of the results. If bacteriology could produce a lethal virus, the war department had a new weapon. If the weapon was used against ordinary citizens, it would be declared wrong. However, if the same weapon were used against a wartime opponent, it would be acceptable. The use determined the value, only the morals of the community determines right or wrong. But where do moral values originate from?

Historically, mankind is able to develop many forms of cruelty against enemies and inflict that cruelty without remorse. There is nothing that limits cruelty against enemies except morality. And morality exists only in the realm of spirituality. And this is only publicly made known in the Judeo-Christian Bible. However, it is also publicly interpreted mainly through church doctrines. These are the sources driving cultural opinions. Whatever you personally believe to be true will always be a combination of these three factors: emotional, scientific, and moral.

There is no universal standard for emotional factors other than love.

There is no universal standard for moral factors. This is determined by “spiritual” sources and there are easily thousands of different spiritual sources of truth and moral values to follow. But the universal standard of love has been distorted. Now we are learning to love those who follow our brand of belief and despising all other forms of believing. Love is no longer truly universal, it has become focused upon our own accepted brand of spirituality and that “truth” is determined by our moral teachers. We are bound to the doctrinal teachings of our church. I have no right to criticize anyone’s adopted belief because quite simply, if it works for you, it’s right for you.

But for many, these spiritual sources are obsolete, old-fashioned, or out-dated. They point out the inconsistencies of results when doctrine is tested in practical operation. They point out the hit and miss nature of answers to prayers. The contradictions in meanings from the same scriptures taught by different teachers even within the same denomination. These people have abandoned any belief in the spiritual realm by rejecting religion altogether. This became evident during the Age of Enlightenment in the 1600’s, and the corresponding Age of Reason in the 1700’s. Marxist Communism is the political child of rejecting religion and the Communist church is Scientific Atheism.

What many people do not know about Karl Marx that is spiritually significant is the fact that he was a Christian. His first written work was titled “The Union of the Faithful in Christ.” It can be found here: https://marxists.catbull.com/archive/marx/works/1837-pre/marx/1835chris.htm. Chapter 20 of “Rules for Radical Christians” explores the impact of Marx’s rejection of Christianity in the world culture and to our own lives. Get this book to understand more. He overturned our moral culture with distorted truth used against believers of God. We need to return to living the power filled truth with love in order to restore moral decency.

We don’t have to believe the messages given to us by cultural spin doctors hiding behind presumed authority. Our authority as believers was given by God Almighty. We have nothing to fear as long as we live love, pursue truth, and obey God’s Word. But Liberal spin doctors have everything to fear when God’s power is made known by our lives. Religion alone has no answers and have even shown no ability to preserve morals in our culture. But religion that is lived with a personal relationship with God Almighty in a believer’s life is undeniable and life changing.

You are the Godly ordained spin doctor for the culture around you. You only need to begin practicing your profession to heal our culture. Rules for Radical Christians shows the process to restore our culture and take back control from the Liberals that have stolen our culture from us. Are you ready to begin doctoring?
